Savage
Flux HP (#100646) Info Page |
| The Savage Flux is
the Brushless cousin to the Nitro Methane powered
Savage X (Hpi Part #867)
and the Savage XL (Hpi
Part #10515). It is a RTR (Ready to Run) Hobby Grade R/C Off Road Monster truck. I don't usually buy RTR's anymore but I wanted another Savage and since I am moving into the Electric side of R/C I just couldn't resist this Truck. The Savage flux is powered by the HPI Flux HP 2200kv Brushless System (HPI Part #100686). The Flux HP 2200kv system is made up of the Flux Blur ESC (HPI Part #100684) and the Flux Tork 2200kv Motor (HPI Part #100685) This Brushless Motor/ESC combo can handle up to a 6S Lithium Polymer Battery configuration so that would be 2x3s LiPo Batteries. So basically if you are running a 6s combination with the Savage Flux your Motor would be putting out 48,840 RPMs. The rest of the Savage Flux is a combination of some new parts and some heavy duty parts from its cousin the Savage XL. The TVPs, Motor plate and motor mount are new,and so are the Nylon sport big bore shocks. |
